How to use the sampler
GlucoJect Dual PLUS
®
1.
Wash hands or
the alternative site
(AST). Unscrew the
samplers tip by tur-
ning it counterclock-
wise.
2.
Insert a new
sterile lancet into
the lancet holder and
push it fully.
Sampling AST
Place the sampler on the
skin at selected plug area.
Press and hold for a few
seconds, then press the
shutter release button
to take a blood test.
CAUTION!
NEVER use sampler on more than one per-
son. Take a new lancet for each sampling and
do not leave a used lancet in the sampler.
5.
Press the lancet ejec-
tor with your thumb
while pulling out the
sliding sleeve for dis-
posing of the used
lancet.
4.
Pull out the sliding
sleeve to lock the sam-
pler. Press and hold the
sampler against your
nger and press the
trigger.
3.
Adjust the puncture
depth by rotating the
tip. 1-2 for soft or thin
skin, 3 for normal skin,
4-5 for thick or harde-
ned skin.

System error hardware. Remove and insert the batteries again and repeat the
test with a new test strip. If error code persists, please contact customer service.
Test strip is damaged or used, or have the blood sample applied before
”blood drop symbol” began to fl ash on the screen. Repeat the test
with a new strip.
Test strip was given the small amount of blood. Stick again to repeat
the test with a new test strip and the right amount of blood.
Test strip was removed or dislodged during the countdown. Repeat
the test with a new test strip.
NFC was disconnected during transmission. Repeat the NFC-transfer.
If the problem persists, contact customer service.
Your test result is higher than 33,3 mmol/L!
Your test result is lower than 1,1 mmol/L!
CAUTION! If HI or LO appears, contact your health care provider before
changing your treatment. Shown HI or LO repeatedly even though your
blood sugar levels are high or low, contact customer service.
