  There might be several reasons why your Goby Robo H2O swimming pool vacuum is not moving or is moving slowly. Ensure the main drain is closed, and the pool filter is clean, including the pump strainer basket. Check the Flow Control Valve to ensure sufficient flow. If connected to a dedicated vacuum line, adjust the valves at the pool pad for optimal flow. Measure the Wheel RPM and adjust the flow if needed. Also, inspect inside the cleaner for any debris. Check the suction and adjust sliders if needed. Leaks in the pool system can also be a cause; look for bubbles and consult a pool professional.
