INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
These instructions apply to GOJO
®
, PURELL
®
, PROVON
®
and MICRELL
®
brand LTX-7 and LTX-12 dispensers.
Please read all instructions carefully before installing and using the dispenser.
Insert a at blade screwdriver into
the slots on the rell collar and
twist to separate the collar from
the rell. Unscrew the pump from
the bottle and discard.

Bottle is recyclable.

Open dispenser by by pushing
on one (or both) of the dual
side latches.

Wait 24 hours before loading
rell.

Remove cap from rell pump. You
will notice a small knob (E-key)
protruding from the white pump
collar – DO NOT REMOVE THIS
E-KEY as its removal will prevent
the rell from dispensing. Push
rell with E-key facing the back
plate, into pump house.

When installing above a
countertop, be sure at least 6"
clearance is provided.

Clean installation surface with
an alcohol pad. Allow surface to
dry for 60 seconds. Peel paper
off installation tape.

Tape Installation (Steps 3, 4 and 5)
Press rmly on back plate for 10
seconds. For maximum adhesion,
do not load rell for 24 hours.

Close dispenser. Battery indicator
light will initially alternate
blinking red and green. After a
few moments, indicator light will
consistently blink green when
the rell is properly loaded.

Using back plate as a template,
press a pencil through the
installation tape to mark holes.
Mark and drill holes. Install with
#10 x 1” anchors and type A
#10 x 1” screws.

Install 4 fresh D-cell alkaline
batteries according to diagram
shown on dispenser.

Fastener Installation
(Step 6)
Do not install in locations where dispenser may be exposed to wet environments, such as showers or areas where walls are
washed down. Installer can complete installation using tape, fastners, or both to secure dispensing system to the wall.

Tape Installation and Dispenser Setup

Open Dispenser

Open the dispenser by pushing on one or both of the dual side latches.

Ensure Countertop Clearance

When installing above a countertop, ensure at least 6 inches (15.24 cm) of clearance is provided.

Prepare Installation Surface

Clean the installation surface with an alcohol pad, allow it to dry, and peel the paper off the installation tape.

Adhere Back Plate

Press firmly on the back plate for 10 seconds to ensure maximum adhesion.

Wait for Adhesion

Wait 24 hours before loading a refill to allow for maximum adhesion.

Fastener Installation and Refill Loading

Mark and Drill Holes

Use the back plate as a template, mark holes, and install with #10 x 1" anchors and screws.

Install Refill

Remove refill cap, insert refill with E-key facing the back plate into the pump house, do not remove the E-key.

Install Batteries

Install 4 fresh D-cell alkaline batteries according to the diagram shown on the dispenser.

Close and Verify Dispenser

Close the dispenser; the battery indicator light will blink green when the refill is properly loaded.

Dispenser Recycling Process

Separate Refill Collar

Use a flat blade screwdriver to twist and separate the collar from the refill, then unscrew the pump.

Recycle Bottle

The refill bottle is recyclable.

Locking and Unlocking the Dispenser

Locate and Use Key for Locking

The key is inside the dispenser. Remove it from the mount to lock the dispenser.

Open Locked Dispenser

To open a locked dispenser, insert the key into the keyhole on the top of the dispenser.

Return Key to Unlock

To return the dispenser to an unlocked state, place the key back into its mount inside the dispenser.

Open Dispenser via Side Latch

Open the dispenser by pushing in one of the dual side latches until it releases.
