What to do if I smell gas with my GOK Controller?
    • R
      Roy Klein PhDAug 5, 2025
If you smell gas when using your GOK Controller, immediately close the gas supply and avoid using any electrical switches or phones within the building. Ensure the rooms are well-ventilated. Then, shut down the LPG system and contact a specialized company for assistance, as leaking LPG is extremely flammable and can cause explosions.

Why is there no gas flow in my GOK Controller?
    • K
      Kimberly DavisAug 12, 2025
If there is no gas flow in your GOK Controller, first ensure that the gas cylinder valve or shut-off fittings are open. Also, check if the Safety overpressure shut-off valve (OPSO) or the UPSO / EFV is closed; if so, follow the steps for restarting them. If the filter sieve in the input connection is dirty, the pressure regulator should be sent to the manufacturer for cleaning.

    • B
      brandonsmithAug 20, 2025
If the OPSO on your GOK Controller cannot be unlocked, it may indicate that the regulator membrane is damaged. In this case, the pressure regulator is defective and needs to be replaced.

How to fix abnormal flame pattern of non-adjustable pressure regulator in GOK Controller?
    • Y
      ymooreAug 27, 2025
If the flame pattern of your GOK Controller's non-adjustable pressure regulator is abnormal, compare the nominal outlet pressure with the nominal connection pressure. If they don't match, replace either the pressure regulator or the gas appliance. Measure the outlet pressure; if it's not within the specified limits, check the system configuration and clean the filter screen. If the pressure regulator is defective, replace it.
