What to do if I smell gas near my GOK EN61-DS.2?
    • E
      Evan HartAug 5, 2025
If you smell gas, which indicates a leaking LPG that is extremely flammable and can cause explosions, take the following steps: Close the gas supply, do not use any electric switches or a phone in the building, ventilate rooms well, shut down the LPG system, and contact a specialised company.

Why is there no gas flow in my GOK EN61-DS.2?
    • R
      Robert SchultzAug 12, 2025
A lack of gas flow can occur for several reasons. First, ensure the gas feed is open by checking the gas cylinder valve, shut-off fittings, or excess flow device. Another cause could be that the thermal cut-out device has responded, in which case the pressure regulator needs to be replaced. A dirty filter sieve in the input connection can also cause this issue; in this case, send the pressure regulator to the manufacturer to be checked.

What to do if the display unit of the safety pressure regulator S2SR (OPC) on my GOK EN61-DS.2 is set to RED?
    • C
      Christina HowellAug 21, 2025
If the display unit of the safety pressure regulator S2SR (OPC) is set to RED, it means the safety pressure regulator has reacted. You should switch off the gas supply and allow short bursts of gas to escape from the gas equipment to achieve pressure equalisation. If no pressure equalisation is achieved, replace the pressure regulator.

How to fix an abnormal flame pattern on a GOK Controller's non-adjustable pressure regulator?
    • T
      tmosesAug 27, 2025
First, compare the nominal outlet pressure with the nominal connection pressure. If they do not correspond, replace the pressure regulator or the gas appliance. If they correspond, measure the outlet pressure; if the outlet pressure is not within the specified limits, check the system configuration. If the system configuration is correct, the pressure regulator is likely defective and should be replaced.

Summary
