General Instructions

Checking Shipment

Unpack all cartons and check for transit damage. File claims immediately with the transportation company.

Electrical Requirements

Requires 120V/60Hz/15A outlet on a dedicated line. Ensure proper electrical requirements are met by a qualified electrician.

Operating Procedures

Place hot dogs on rollers, turn heat to designated temperature. Left knob for front rollers, right for rear rollers.

Care and Cleaning Instructions

Clean stainless steel daily. Do not use abrasives. Clean rollers with soft cloth/sponge and mild detergent.
