Attach front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using washers and nuts.
Adjust seat height by loosening the knob, positioning the post, and retightening. Adjust seat fore/aft.
Install handlebar post and secure handle cover. Connect monitor cables. Ensure handlebar is tight.
Attach pedals marked 'L' and 'R' to the correct cranks, threading them clockwise (right) and anticlockwise (left).
Increase resistance by turning the brake knob right, decrease by turning left.
Loosen the spring knob on the vertical post, pull it back, position the post for desired height, and retighten.
Loosen the adjusting knob and washer, slide the horizontal seat post to the desired position, align holes, and retighten.
Slacken spring and secondary knobs, slide handlebar post to desired height, align holes, and tighten knobs.
Use the MODE key to select and lock functions like SCAN, SPEED, DISTANCE, TIME, CALORIES, and ODOMETER.
The monitor turns on with motion and off after 4 minutes of inactivity or no signal input.
Reset the unit by changing the battery or pressing the MODE key for 3 seconds.
Set high resistance for leg muscle toning. Adjust speed to maintain target heart rate zone during exercise.
Achieve weight loss through increased effort and duration, burning more calories. Focus on effort for goal achievement.
Alter pedal resistance using the tension control knob. High resistance increases difficulty; low resistance decreases it.
