What to do if my Gozney Oven fails to ignite?
    • R
      Randall VazquezJul 30, 2025
If your Gozney Oven fails to ignite, it could be due to an empty ignition battery. Try replacing the battery at the back of the unit. Also, if you're firing for the first time or replacing a gas bottle, the burner can take up to 30 seconds for the gas to flow through the system, so keep the control knob on until the pilot light has ignited.

Why does the flame look too small on my Gozney Oven?
    • J
      Jeremy MooreAug 8, 2025
If the flame on your Gozney Oven looks too small, it might be because the gas cylinder is near empty; try replacing it. The gas cylinder might also be too small; it is recommended to use a 9kg canister as a minimum. If the ambient temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, a loss of power from the gas canister is expected. Finally, the burner could be blocked, so please refer to the cleaning instructions.

How to fix a noisy flame on my Gozney Oven?
    • N
      Nicholas GonzalezAug 18, 2025
If your Gozney Oven's burner is making a loud grumbling sound, it could be due to incorrect ignition. First, turn the burner down to low flame and then back to high. If the sound continues, turn the burner off for 5 minutes and retry igniting it. If the problem persists, review the cleaning and maintenance instructions to remove debris in the burner.
