ASSEMBLY
Open the box and remove your boat
along with the seat boards
ATTENTION: Take care not to damage
the boat when cutting open the box!
Check to see that all parts listed on the
parts list are present.
Remove the packing film and unroll the
boat body.
Close the inner part of the valve by
pressing on the centre of button and turn
it a quarter-turn at the same time.
Put the tube of your pumping device
(foot pump, air pump, electric air pump)
along with the bayonet adapter into the
valve.
First pump up the floor and then the side
tubes to their approximate finished form.
Remove the black knurled nuts from the
seat boards, press the seat board from
top into the seat board rings and screw
tight with the knurled nuts.
ATTENTION: Short board backside (for
SL also in front), longer board in front,
long board in the middle.
Then pump your boat up to operation
pressure (0.3 bar).
Check pressure with the manometer on
your pump or with a precision test
manometer (special accessory).
Remove the air tube with the adapter
from the valve and close the valve with
the valve cap (bayonet stopper).
ATTENTION: Valve cup must be closed!
Do ensure 100 % air-tightness.
Tie the second carrying- and packing
belt on. (The already tied belt shows you
the right way.)
