If the Grace Digital Alarm Clock Mondo Elite displays the message for more than a minute, verify your network's internet connection by following the “Software Update” procedure. A 'No Update Available' or 'New version available' message confirms internet connectivity. 'Login failed' indicates no internet connection; consult your network administrator. If the problem persists, try turning the Mondo Elite off and on again.
