Installation
Installing the Hose Reel Enclosures
(See Fig. 9.)
NOTE: Enclosed hose reels are supplied only with
side enclosures. Order one end enclosure kit for each
reel bank.
1. Secure the hose reel cap (102) to the hose reel
support (10) using the screws (106), lockwashers
(112), and nuts (111) as shown. See Fig. 9 for
correct positioning. Push the button plug (109)
into the hole in the cap (102).
2. For more than one reel, bolt the caps together as
shown.
3. Noting the correct position, secure the black trim
plate (108) to the side panel (101) using the
machine screws (110) as shown.
4. Hook the lips of the side enclosures onto the cap
(102), and secure the enclosures with the
thumbscrews (107).
5. Attach the end enclosures (201) using screws
(203) and spring nuts (204) as shown.
