• ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
• NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED. Always keep
your child in view.
• PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH FROM FALLS
OR SLIDING OUT. Always use seat belt. Secure your child
at all times with the restraint system provided, either in the
reclining or upright position. The tray is not designed to
hold your child in the product. It is recommended that the
product be used in the upright position only by children
capable of sitting upright unassisted.
• THIS PRODUCT IS DESIGNED AS A highchair for use
with child up to 3 years of age or as a child’s booster seat
for use with a child up to 6 years of age and up to 60 lbs.
• DO NOT FORCE TRAY against child. Use only the three
adjustment positions. Be sure both adjustment fingers are
engaged in armrest slots.
• STRANGULATION HAZARD Do not place product in
any location where there are cords, such as window blind
cords, drapes, phone cords, etc.
• FOLLOW ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. If
you experience any difficulties, please contact the
Customer Service Department.
• PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. Do not use in
motor vehicle.
• DO NOT ADJUST the height or recline of product with
your child in it.
• NEVER USE the infant seat not attached to toddler
booster or youth chair.
• ALWAYS USE booster straps to attach toddler booster
to any chair. Always ensure straps are pulled tight.
• IF TODDLER BOOSTER CANNOT be securely and safely
attached to the adult chair, do not use toddler booster
with that chair.
• UNTIL CHILD IS ABLE to get in and out of the toddler
booster or infant feeding booster without help (about 2
1⁄2 years old), the child should be secured in the booster
seat at all times by the restraining system. The tray is not
designed to hold the child in the chair.
• THIS TODDLER BOOSTER is designed to be used by a
child up to 60lbs (27.3kg).
• USE ONLY Blossom highchair accessories with this
product.
• REMOVABLE SEAT BACK INSERT must be used with
child less than 36 months. Always use harness. FOR USE
ONLY with the Blossom youth chair or toddler booster.
• THIS YOUTH CHAIR is designed to be used by a child
up to 60lbs (27.3kg).
• YOUTH CHAIR without removable seat back insert is
only for child 36 months and older.
