11. Test For Tightness
Grab the sides of the seat where the lower anchor
strap is and slide the car seat side-to-side and front-
to-back.
If the seat moves less than 1” (2.5 cm), it is tight
enough.
12. Replace The Seat Pad
13. Replace The Seat Belt Trainer
Insert the locking tab on the rear of the Seat Belt
Trainer into the slot near the seat crease on the car
seat.
Thread the buckle strap through the MATCHING
buckle slot in the Seat Belt Trainer.
If the buckle is in
the rear slot, you
will need to partially
open the belt guides.
