FALL HAZARD:
Babies have suffered skull
fractures falling while in and from
bouncer.
• Use bouncer ONLY on floor.
• Always use restraints. Adjust to
fit snugly.
• Child’s movement can slide
product. Use only on floor. Never
place product near edges of
counter tops, tables or other
elevated surfaces.
STRANGULATION HAZARD:
• Children have STRANGLED in
loose or partially buckled
harness straps. Fully restrain the
child at all times.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD:
Babies have suffocated:
• When product was placed on
a soft surface and tipped over.
NEVER place product on beds,
sofas, cushions or other soft
surfaces.
• Never leave child unattended.
To prevent falls and suffocation:
• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust
to fit snugly.
• STOP using bouncer when baby
starts trying to sit up.
• DO NOT place product near
water and moisture. Do not use
the product near possible wet
areas, such as a bathtub,
shower, wash basin, sink,
laundry tub, swimming pool, wet
basement, etc.
• NEVER use this product as a
means to transport an infant in a
motor vehicle.
• Maximum recommended height
is 30 inches (76.2cm) and 18
pounds (8.2 kg).
