Installation
Mounting the Pump
Always rigidly mount the pump to suit the type of
installation planned. Graco mounting accessories are
shown in the Accessories section. With 200 liter (55
gallon) drum length pumps, screw the bung adapter
(B) tightly into the bung hole of the drum and adjust to
hold the pump 13 mm (0.5 in.) off the bottom of the
drum. Loosen the vent plug (A) to prevent formation of
a vacuum in the drum. Stubby pumps may be mounted
on a wall or on the side of a drum with a clamp. Drum
pumps can also be mounted to the side of a drum.
NOTE: Refer to Dimensions on page 36 for pump
dimensions, and air inlet and fluid outlet sizes.
