• This product is not intended to
be used with any other
accessories. Use only
components provided in original
package.
• Always follow recommended use
for each product modes.
• Seat recline is only used in
highchair mode. DO NOT recline
seat in any other use modes.
• DO NOT remove seat from frame
with child in it.
• DO NOT FORCE TRAY against
child. Use only the three
adjustment positions. Be sure
both adjustment fingers are
engaged in armrest slots.
• NEVER allow a child to push
away from table.
FLOOR SEAT:
• FALL HAZARD: Children have
suffered skull fractures falling
while in and from floor seats.
• USE ONLY on floor.
• Never place product near
edges of counter tops, tables,
or other elevated surfaces.
• Always use restraints, and
adjust to fit snugly.
• Tray is not designed to hold
child in seat.
• Never use this product to
carry or transport a child.
• Use ONLY with a child that is
able to hold their head up
unassisted.
• STOP using when the child
can climb out or walk.
• Always keep your child in
view.
• DROWNING HAZARD: Infants
have drowned when floor seat
has been placed in a bath tub or
pool.
• NEVER use in or near water.
• DO NOT USE FLOOR SEAT if it
is damaged or broken.
Continuously inspect seat.
