What to do if my Graco Paint Sprayer motor won't operate?
    • D
      Derek MooreAug 12, 2025
If the motor of your Graco Paint Sprayer doesn't operate, there are several things you can check: * Ensure the pressure control knob isn't at the minimum setting. Try slowly increasing the pressure. * Inspect the sprayer circuit breaker button (309) to ensure it hasn't popped up. Depress the button to reset it. * Examine the electrical supply with a voltmeter. It should read 105–125 VAC. Reset the building circuit breaker or replace the fuse, and try another outlet. * Check the power supply cord (311) and extension cord for any visible damage and replace if necessary.

Why won't my Graco Ultra 1000 Paint Sprayer motor start?
    • M
      Marcus PierceSep 12, 2025
The Graco Paint Sprayer motor might not start due to several reasons: 1. The pressure control knob may be at the minimum setting. Increase the pressure setting slowly. 2. There might be frozen or hardened paint in the pump (76) or pressure control tube. Try to thaw it by plugging in the sprayer, turning it on, and slowly increasing the pressure. See NOTE 1 if this doesn't work. 3. The displacement pump connecting rod pin (43) might not be correctly placed. Push the pin into place and secure it with the spring retainer (42).
