Why does my Graef MASTER Kitchen Appliances blade move sluggishly?

If the blade of your Graef Kitchen Appliances appliance is moving sluggishly, it could be due to the cogwheels of the blade not being greased or being dirty. To fix this, undo and clean the blade, then use petroleum jelly to grease the inside of the blade (cogwheel of blade) and the black ring.
