if the product was pre-assembled by the retailer
or manufacturer.

      If the Grand Cafe Grill smoker fails to light, it might be due to disconnected electric wires. Inspect the Ignitor Junction Box behind the Control Panel. Connect any loose electric wires to the Junction Box and try lighting the smoker again.

      If your Grand Cafe Grill smoker fails to light, check for proper alignment of the Electrode Tip. Refer to step 6 on page 9 to ensure correct positioning. The gap between the Spark Electrode Tip and Burner should be about 3/16". Adjust if needed.

      If the Grand Cafe Grill smoker fails to light, there might be an obstruction in the gas line. Open the gas supply for one second to clear any obstruction from the fuel line. Then, close off the gas supply at the source and reconnect the fuel line to the smoker.

      If your Grand Cafe Grill smoker fails to light, the Orifice might be plugged. Remove the Burner from the smoker by taking out the screw from the rear of the Burner using a Phillips Head Screwdriver. Carefully lift the Burner up and away from the gas valve Orifice. Remove the Orifice from the gas valve and gently clear any obstruction with a fine wire. Reinstall the Orifice, Burner, Screw, and cooking components.
