HOW TO USE THE HEADSET OR SPEAKER:
1. Use the speaker button to turn the speaker ON/OFF
2. Use the Headset button to use the headset once it has been connected.
HOW TO ADJUST THE VOLUME:
1. Use the volume button to adjust the ring volume when the phone is idle.
2. Use the volume button to adjust the call volume when on an active call.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR VOICEMAIL (VM):
1. When there is a VM message you will see a blinking GREEN MWI (Message Waiting Indicator).
2. Press the ‘MESSAGE’ button to retrieve the message.
3. Press a specific ‘LINE/MULTIPLE-PURPOSE (MPK)’ button to retrieve messages for a specific line
account.
HOW TO MUTE/DELETE/DO NOT DISTRUB (DND):
1. Press the ‘MUTE’ button to mute/unmute the microphone
2. The mute icon will indicate whether the microphone is muted.
3. Press the ‘MUTE’ button when not on an active call to place the handset onto ‘Do Not
Disturb (DND)’. Pressing the ‘MUTE’ button again will take the handset off ‘DND’.
