How many analog lines are available?
Each Grandstream GXW 4104 supports a maximum of 4 analog lines. Multiple Grandstream devices may
be used if you deployment requires more than 4 lines.
How many endpoints (Talkgroups or Private Phone calls) are being targeted?
Ensure that the amount of endpoints is known. If there are less analog lines available then Teldio’s Auto
attendant will be used.
Will this be integrated into an existing network or be a standalone set up?
The Grandstream and RBX are required to be on a network in order to communicate with each other.
They can both be configured statically to reside on a standalone network.
Is there a requirement for Caller-Id Name or Number?
The Grandstream box facilitates an analog connection. Depending on the type of connection, Caller-Id
information may be passed into the RBX System.
