Besides local backup, users could backup the voice records and/or CDR on a daily basis to a remote server via SFTP protocol automatically under W
GUI🡪Maintenance🡪Backup🡪Data Sync.
The client account supports special characters such as @ or “.”. This change allows users to use an email address as SFTP accounts. It allows users
to specify the destination directory on the SFTP server for the backup files. If the directory doesn’t exist on the destination, GXW450X will create th
directory automatically.
