Proper installation is required for safe riding. Contact us or a bike mechanic if you are not sure with certain steps.

4. Measure the stack height between the top of stem to bottom of fork crown. Choose the proper M6 bolt according to the table below.
1. Remove the stem cap and stem to access the star nut inside
the steerer tube.
2. Remove the star nut and clean the inside of the steerer tube.
3. Put the stem and spacers onto the steerer tube. Make sure the steerer tube is lower than the top of stem or spacer by about 3mm.

Multi-Tool Installation Guide

Prepare Steerer Tube Access

Remove the stem cap and stem to access the star nut inside the steerer tube.

Clean Steerer Tube Interior

Remove the star nut and clean the inside of the steerer tube.

Position Stem and Spacers

Place stem and spacers onto the steerer tube, ensuring it's approx. 3mm lower than the top.

Select Correct M6 Bolt

Measure stack height and choose the appropriate M6 bolt based on the provided length table.

Insert Tool Housing and Bolt

Insert the tool housing into the steerer tube and the M6 bolt with spacer through the bottom hole.

Secure Headset Assembly

Insert the lower assembly through the fork crown and tighten the M6 bolt to compress the headset.

Align and Tighten Stem Bolts

Align the stem to the front wheel and tighten stem bolts securely for safe riding.

Install Tool Set and Cap

Insert the tool set with top cap into the tool housing until the flange touches.

Usage and Maintenance

Tool Care and Rust Prevention

Clean the tool regularly and apply a thin layer of oil to prevent rust in humid conditions.
