2  Troubleshooting 
Warning! 
a. In the event of abnormal conditions (like, stinky smell), please shut off the main power supply 
immediately and then contact the GREE appointed service center; otherwise the continuous abnormal running 
would damage the air conditioning unit and also would cause electric shock or fire hazard etc. 
b. Do not repair the air conditioner personally but instead contact the professionally skilled personnel at the 
GREE appointed service center, as the incorrect repair would cause electric shock or fire hazard etc. 
2.1  Check before Contacting Maintenance Serviceman 
Please check the following items before contacting the maintenance serviceman.

If the air conditioner still runs abnormally after the above check and handling, please contact the local 
appointed service center and also give a description of the error occurred as well as the model of the unit.
