Why is my Gree Air Conditioner not cooling properly?
    • R
      Richard PachecoAug 12, 2025
Several factors can cause poor cooling. Check if the air filter is dirty and clean it if necessary. Ensure that the air outlet and intake ports of both the indoor and outdoor units are not blocked by any obstacles. Also, too many people or heat sources in the room, or open doors and windows can affect cooling. If possible, remove heat sources and ensure windows and doors are closed. If the issue persists, there may be a refrigerant leakage.

What to do if my Gree GK-H03NH3AS Air Conditioner won't start?

      William MooreAug 31, 2025
If your Gree Air Conditioner won't start, first ensure that the power supply is properly connected and the phase sequence is correct; connect the power supply or change two random phases. Tripping of the leakage switch can also prevent starting, which is caused by electrical leakage of the air-conditioning unit. Also, low voltage can be a factor. If the control loop has a failure, this can also prevent the unit from starting.
