10. Remove the 4-way valve
(Only available for heat pump unit)
Remove the nut on the 4-way valve coil and
then remove the coil. Wrap the 4-way valve
with a wet cloth. Unsolder the 4-way valve
quickly and remove it. Ensure that the cloth
keeps wet and do not burn the compressor
lead. (Recover the refrigerant before
unsoldering)
11. Remove the compressor
Unsolder the pipes connected to the
compressor and
liquid tank. Remove the 4
foot bolts of the compressor. Raise the liquid
tank and compressor to remove them.
