Step Procedure
Evaporator
Water tray
12. Remove evaporator
Twist off 3 screws on the evaporator,
2 screws in the middle and 2 screws
at the lower part; Pull the left and right
side plates to the outwards slightly
and then take out the evaporator,
bafe board as well as the water tray.
When the evaporator is taken out, the
wind board and the bafe board at
both sides of the evaporator can be
removed.
13. Remove propeller housing, centrifugal blade
and motor
Twist off 3 screws used for xing the
press plate of propeller housing and
then take it out;
Rotate the guide loop clockwise to a
certain position and then take out the
guide loop;
Twist off 9 screws used for xing the
propeller housing and then take out the
propeller housing.
Twist off the nut used for xing the
centrifugal blade with the wrench and
then pull the centrifugal blade outwards
to remove it.
Twist off 3 screws used for xing the
press plate of propeller housing and
then take it out;
Twist off 4 nuts used for xing the motor
and 2 screws on the wire-pressing plate
and then remove the motor.
