Checking method
Use resistance notch of universal meter to check:
Process
a. Put the black pole of universal meter onto any end of IGBT; use the red pole to touch another two ends of IGBT respectively, if the re-
sistance is innity (over 10 mega ohm), it means the IGBT is normal, otherwise the IGBT is damaged.
