What to do if my Greentouch DF1904-289 Heater stopped working?
    • M
      Matthew CisnerosAug 12, 2025
If your Greentouch Heater has stopped working, it may be due to the overheat protection being tripped. First, ensure that no objects are blocking the air inlet or heat outlet. Then, unplug the unit and wait 15-20 minutes to allow the sensor to reset itself. After waiting, plug the unit back in and turn on the heater. If the problem persists, it is recommended to call customer service.

    • N
      Natalie BaldwinAug 20, 2025
It is normal for the power cord of a Greentouch Heater to get warm during operation, as the appliance requires more current to operate. Check the connections of the appliance cord and the outlet, ensuring the plug fits tightly. Frequently check the plug and outlet during use. If it is hot, discontinue use and consult a qualified electrician to check or change the overheating outlet(s).

Why is the remote signal weak on my Greentouch DF1904-289?
    • G
      Gabriel AtkinsSep 3, 2025
If the remote control signal for your Greentouch Heater is weak and only works intermittently, it could be due to pressing the buttons too quickly. Press the buttons slowly and steadily to ensure the transmitter recognizes the request. Alternatively, you may be using the remote control too far away or at an off angle. Move closer to the heater; the remote control will only work within a distance of 20 feet and 45 degrees to either side from the front of the heater.
