Why is my Grizzly ET 3500 cutting performance so poor?

  Your Grizzly Trimmer might have poor cutting performance because the line spool doesn't have enough line. Try lengthening the cutting line or exchanging the spool. Another reason could be that the line hasn't been conducted out of the spool, or only on one side. To fix this, remove the spool and lace the line through the opening outwards, then return the spool.

  If your Grizzly Trimmer doesn't start, first check the cable, line, and plug for any issues. If there's no mains power, have a qualified electrician make the repairs. If the ON/OFF switch is defective, it should be repaired by After-Sales Service. Other potential causes could be worn carbon brushes or a defective motor.
