The Grizzly Growler creates a cyclone of incom-
ing air that separates heavy wood chips and large
dust particles, increasing the performance of your
single-stage dust collector, and resulting in less
suction loss from dirty or clogged filters.

Lists all components included with the Grizzly Growler cyclone separator.

Assembly

Handle and Caster Wheels Installation

Install caster wheels on the drum bottom and attach the handle using screws and nuts.

Collection Drum Latches Installation

Install the collection drum latches using Phillips head screws and lock nuts.

Vacuum Ring Placement

Position the vacuum ring inside the collection drum with the smaller side facing down.

Cyclone Funnel Attachment

Attach the cyclone funnel to the drum lid using flange bolts and nuts, then secure with latches.

Band Clamp Adjustment

Loosen the band clamp at the top of the cyclone funnel to reveal the metal lip.

Intake Barrel Attachment

Place the intake barrel on the funnel and tighten the band clamp to secure it.

Vacuum Hose Connection

Connect the vacuum hose ends to the intake barrel and collection drum using hose clamps.

Inlet Adapter Installation

Install the inlet adapter onto the dust port and secure it with a flange screw.

Intake Adapter Installation

Install the intake adapter onto the intake barrel using a flange screw.

Dust Bag Insertion

Insert the plastic dust bag into the collection drum and fold excess length over the top.

Hose Routing to Dust Collector

Route dust hoses from the dust collector to the Growler and from the Growler to the machine port.
