Wiring – GRT SafeFly to EchoUAT for Current GRT EFIS Models
This section applies to to the following models: Sport SX, Sport EX, Horizon EX, Horizon HX,
Horizon HXr, and all models of the Mini.
For Sport WS, Sport HS, Horizon WS, and Horizon HS, see “Wiring – GRT SafeFly to EchoUAT
with no EFIS control” section below, following this section.
The following figure illustrates the wiring to the Safe-Fly GPS and EchoUAT, when used with a GRT
EFIS configured to control the Safe-Fly GPS via the serial control In/Out on the Safe-Fly GPS. This
wiring cannot be used with Sport or Horizon HS and WS models.
