Usage Features

The vacuum cleaner is designed for ease of use and versatility.

  • Charging: The appliance is charged by placing it on the wall-mounted charging dock. An LED screen displays the battery charge levels, and the charging process is complete when all levels are full and stable. It is recommended to fully charge the batteries before first use or after a long period of inactivity. The appliance should not be operated while charging and will automatically stop if placed on the charging dock during operation.
  • Operation: To operate, pull the appliance upward from the charging dock and press the on/off button. It starts at minimum power, and speed levels (min, mid, high) can be adjusted using the '+' and '-' buttons on the LED screen. The LED screen also provides indicators for suction mode, filter status, air blockage, and roller blockage.
  • Foldable Tube: The tube can be folded by pressing a round button mechanism on the left side, allowing for easy access to hard-to-reach areas like under armchairs and tables.
  • Accessories:
    • Crevice Tool: Ideal for vacuuming narrow areas and the rear of furniture.
    • Combination Tool: Suitable for cleaning curtains, sofas, waxed furniture, and delicate objects.
    • Mini Turbo Pet Brush: Designed for vacuuming pet hair from floors, stair steps, car interiors, sofas, and seats.
  • Mop Attachment (VCP 8331 PRO only): This attachment is for mopping hard floors. The water tank should be filled with clean water, and the mopping cloth secured to its bottom surface via Velcro. The mop attachment then connects to the bottom of the electrical turbo brush.
    • Mop Usage Warnings: Do not use the mop attachment on carpets. Avoid bleach or excessively foaming liquid detergent in the water tank. Remove the mop attachment immediately after use to prevent damage to wooden floors. Empty and dry the water tank after each mopping operation. Do not lift or tilt the nozzle during mopping to prevent water spray. Do not mop or absorb water, coffee, or tea deposits, as debris may damage the device.

Maintenance Features

    • Fix the roller back in place by pushing it.
  • Storage: If storing for a long time, unplug the appliance and keep it out of reach of children. Store the battery on a non-conducting material, avoiding direct contact with metal to prevent damage. If not used for an extended period, keep the product at least half-charged and recharge it at least once every three months.
