Gucbir D-300 - Warranty Conditions; Exclusions from Warranty Cover

Failures caused by ulizaon of the product contrary to the user’s manual for the product will be
excluded from this warranty cover.
The buyer is required to ensure periodic maintenance service to be provided for the product at regular inter-
vals and on me. Otherwise this warranty will be null and void.
Failures caused by ulizaon of materials not approved by the manufacturer or caused by repairs, maintenance
services or adjustments performed or provided by non-authorized shops or persons will be excluded from this
warranty cover.
Failures caused by natural disasters, re or ulity networks will be excluded from this warranty cover.
If the serial number of the product or any of the parts of the product is altered or defaced, this warranty will be
null and void.
Damages or failures which might happen while the product is transported or handled aer it has been deliv-
ered to the buyer will be excluded from this warranty cover.
If the generator is moved to a dierent site without obtaining a prior approval from GUCBIR
GENERATOR, this warranty will be null and void.
If the product is installed in a site not complying with the operang condions specied for the product, this
warranty will be null and void.
The product must be started up and delivered in good condion by an authorized service shop of
GUCBIR GENERATOR. Otherwise this warranty will be null and void.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY COVER
This warranty applies to new GUCBIR Generator Sets to be free from defects in material and workmanship in
producon for 24 months or 1000 hours from the date of delivery to rst user (which occurs rst). Warranty
period is limited by 27 months from the date of shipment ex-works Gucbir.
This warranty covers the product in its enrety including all of its parts.
If the product fails any me within the term of this warranty, the term of this warranty will be extended as
much as the me to be taken to repair it. Repair to the product will be completed in maximum 30 business
days. This period will start when a noce is given to local service shop, or in the absence of such local service
shop, to the relevant seller, dealer, agent, representave, importer or manufacturer to nofy such failure. If the
product cannot be repaired within 30 business days, the manufacturer or the importer will provide the buyer
with a similar substute product unl the product is repaired.
If the product fails any me within the term of this warranty due to material, labor or assembly fault, it will be
repaired without charging the buyer with any fee whatsoever such as labor, replacement part, etc.
In case:

Disputes which might arise between the pares in connecon with this warranty cercate must be noed to
General Directorate of Consumer Protecon, Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Turkey.
The product suers the same failure more than twice in a given year within the term of this warranty, or
suers dierent failures more than four mes in a given year within the term of this warranty, or suers
dierent failures more than six mes within the term of this warranty, and the user becomes unable to
use the product on connuous basis due to such failures; or
The product cannot be repaired within the maximum me for compleon of repairs described above; or
Local service shop, or in the absence of such shop, the relevant seller, dealer, agent, representave,
importer or manufacturer issues a report to declare that the product is irreparable; The buyer will be
entled to require the product to be replaced with a new product, or to be refunded of the product’s
price, or to be paid of a compensaon corresponding to the rao of the fault in queson.
