4. Carefully disconnect BLU wire #15 or #16 that runs between the Primary
Current Drive and PDCC Comparator modules.
5. Carefully disconnect YEL wire #3 that runs between the Primary Current
Drive module and the Rx C1 terminal on the front panel.
6. Carefully disconnect BLU wire #5 that runs between the Primary Current
Drive module and positive PROGRAM OUT terminal on the front panel.
7. Carefully disconnect WHT wire #9 that runs between the Primary Current
Drive module and the Rs C1 terminal on the front panel.
8. Carefully disconnect YEL wire #7 and RED wire #11 that run between the
Primary Current Drive and Servo-loop modules.
9. Unsolder the coax cable from the HIGH VOLTAGE OUT terminal on the
front panel.
10. Disconnect the wires that run between the Transformer and Primary Current
Drive modules at TB2-11, TB2-12 and TB3-2 through TB3-12 on the
Transformer Module.
11. Remove the Primary Current Drive module (carefully lift up and remove).
7.1.4.3. Servo-loop Module (19328) Removal Procedure.
1. Carefully free the Servo-loop module from the unit's frame (remove the
6-32 x 3/8" fh screws (6), located under the unit, that secure the module to
the base plate).
2. Free the front panel from the unit's frame as follows :
i) remove the 6-32 x 3/8" fh screws (4), located under the unit, that
secure the panel to the base plate.
ii) remove the 10-32 x 1/2" polished oh screws (2) that secure the panel
to the side panels).
3. Disconnect fibre-optic wires #4, #6 and #3 from the Servo-loop module.
4. Disconnect the coax cable from W1 on the Magnetic Modulator PCB
(19110).
5. Disconnect P1 from J1 on the Magnetic Modulator PCB (19110).
6. Disconnect P3 from the Relay PCB (19109).
