Function key <Fn-1>, enables or disables the automatic ramping feature for
the Current. For current to flow to the front panel, the <Mode> must be set
to 4-terminal.
Function key <Fn-2>, enables or disables the automatic ramping feature for
the Voltage. For the Voltage to be set onto the front panel, the <Mode> must
be set to 2-terminal.

This Sofcal menu selection displays the results of the internal self test performed by
the 6675A.

NOTE:
A restricted access password system has been implemented for several coefficients
stored in non-volatile memory. If the password is changed it can be reset to the factory
default password by entering this menu and pressing in order: Function key <Fn-1>
followed by Function key <Fn-4>.
