Overview

The GYROOR C3 Electric Bike is a personal transport tool designed for short journeys, emphasizing safety, performance, and ease of use. It features a foldable design for portability and offers multiple riding modes to suit different preferences and conditions.

Function Description:

The GYROOR C3 Electric Bike serves as a personal electric bicycle, offering three distinct riding modes: E-Bike, Pedal Assistant Bike, and traditional Bike mode. In E-Bike mode, the motor provides full power, eliminating the need for manual pedaling. The Pedal Assistant Bike mode offers motor assistance, which is particularly helpful when the motor speed is lower than manual speed or during climbs. The traditional Bike mode allows for manual pedaling without motor assistance, functioning like a regular bicycle. The bike is equipped with a LED display that shows the current speed mode, and users can switch between these modes using an "M" button on the display. It features a foldable vertical tube and folding pedals, making it convenient for storage and transport. The bike is designed for single riders and is not intended for carrying multiple people or heavy objects.

Usage Features:

  • Speed Modes: The bike offers three speed modes (Low, Medium, High) that can be switched via the "M" button on the LED display.
  • Riding Modes: Three riding modes (E-Bike, Pedal Assistant Bike, Bike) provide flexibility for different riding preferences and terrains.
  • Folding Mechanism: The bike features a foldable vertical tube and folding pedals for compact storage and easy transport. To fold pedals, push them 30mm inward with your palm and then fold up or down. To open, push the pedal shell outward.
  • Handlebar Adjustment: The handlebar height and angle can be adjusted by loosening the regulator, moving the handlebar to a suitable position, and then tightening the regulator.
  • Saddle Adjustment: The saddle height is adjustable by loosening the quick-release handle on the middle tube, inserting the saddle tube to the desired height (approximately 1 inch higher than the rider's crotch), and then locking the quick-release handle.
  • Charging: The charging port is located on the tail of the battery. The charging indicator turns red when charging and green when fully charged. It is recommended to stop charging once the indicator turns green to preserve battery life. The charging port should be covered after charging to prevent water ingress.
  • Safety Precautions: Users are advised to wear a helmet and protectors, check brake function and transmission before riding, avoid climbing slopes over 15 degrees, and be cautious on wet or smooth surfaces. The bike should not be ridden in water over 30mm deep. It is crucial to ensure the power is full, brakes are working, and tires are in normal condition before each use. Riding in rain or snow extends braking distance, and water levels reaching the hub center can damage electrical parts. The bike is not suitable for extreme sports or dangerous riding methods.
  • Night-Time Operation: For night riding, users must turn on the front and rear lights and adhere to traffic laws. Reflective clothing is recommended.
  • Battery Storage: The battery should be stored in environments with temperatures between -20°C and 45°C. Avoid temperatures above 45°C. If the temperature falls below -20°C, the battery may enter a self-locked state and cannot be charged or used until it is brought to a warmer place.
  • Age and Health Restrictions: The product is suitable for individuals between 12 and 60 years old. Pregnant women or people with psychological unfitness should not use the e-Bike. Do not ride when feeling unwell or under the influence of medicine or alcohol.

Maintenance Features:

  • Regular Cleaning: After each ride, wipe the bike with a dry towel to remove water and dust.
  • Lubrication: Apply appropriate anti-rust and lubricating oil to the chain and pinion to ensure smooth operation of the transmission system.
  • Brake Maintenance: Periodically check the brake ring plates for wear. If the brake is loose, adjust the brake handle nut. If issues persist, seek professional repair.
  • Control Cable Check: Verify the normal function of all related electrical appliances and the throttle.
  • Bearing Adjustment: Regular maintenance and lubrication of the pinion are recommended; no other bearing adjustment is typically needed.
  • Wheel and Tire Maintenance: Check tire pressure before each use. The default tire pressure is 2.8 bar for both front and rear tires. Inflate slowly and ensure the wheel and tire are concentric. For flat tires or exchanges, refer to the manual's repair section or contact support.
  • Battery Charging: Charge the battery at least once a month, even when not in use, to prevent over-discharge and extend battery life. Use only the original charger and cable. Ensure the charging port is dry and free from obstructions.
  • Inspection: Regularly check the charger and cable for damage. If damaged, do not use and contact for exchange. Do not attempt to repair the battery, charger, or cable personally.
  • Assembly and Repair: Ensure all parts are correctly installed and tightened. Avoid over-tightening or under-tightening screws. Do not conduct assembly or repair with the power on. Do not modify or refit the e-Bike without authorization.
  • Wet Weather Storage: Avoid storing the product in wet environments for prolonged periods to prevent oxidation of metal parts.
  • Damage Detection: If any loose parts, damage, abnormality, or malfunction is observed during use, stop using the bike immediately and carry it.
