The Reset Default Cal option sets calibration settings to their default
values.
To quit a calibration, push the BACK key and then the ENTER key.
Perform a 1 point calibration
1. From the Settings Menu, select Sensor Setup.
2. Select Calibrate.
3. Select Cal Options.
a. Select the Current option to perform the calibration using a current
(mA) value, or
b. Select the Input option to perform the calibration using a
measurement value, such as psi.
c. Push the ENTER key.
4. Select 1 point cal.
5. Select Active, Hold or Transfer.
6. Use the arrow keys to edit the displayed value so it matches the input
value from the outside device as measured by an accurate current
meter or as otherwise determined. Push the ENTER key.
The display shows the Current, Input and Cal values.
7. Push the ENTER key to continue.
If the calibration passes, the display shows a Calibration passed
message, along with the Offset and Slope values. Push the ENTER
key to continue and return to the Calibrate menu screen.
If the calibration fails, the display shows a Calibration failed message.
Refer to Troubleshooting calibration failure on page 9 for
troubleshooting suggestions.
To repeat the calibration, push the ENTER key.
To restore the previous calibration, push the BACK key. Then push
the ENTER key or wait for the controller to return to the Calibrate menu
screen.
Perform a 2 point calibration
1. From the Settings Menu, select Sensor Setup.
2. Select Calibrate.
3. Select Cal Options.
a. Select the Current option to perform a calibration using current
(mA) values, or
b. Select the Input option to perform a calibration using measurement
values, such as psi.
c. Push the ENTER key.
4. Select 2 point cal.
5. Select Active, Hold or Transfer.
6. Use the arrow keys to edit the point 1 value.
Note: The displayed point 1 value must match the point 1 value from the outside
device as measured by an accurate current meter or as otherwise determined.
7. Push the ENTER key to continue.
The display shows the Current, Input and Cal values for cal point 1.
8. Push the ENTER key to continue.
9. Use the arrow keys to edit the point 2 value. The point 2 value should
be as far as possible from the point 1 value for better 2 point calibration.
Note: The displayed point 2 value must match the point 2 value from the outside
device as measured by an accurate current meter or as otherwise determined.
10. Push the ENTER key to continue. The display shows the Current, Input
and Cal values for cal point 2.
11. Push the ENTER key to continue.
If the calibration passes, the display shows a Calibration passed
message, along with the Offset and Slope values. Push the ENTER
key to continue and return to the Calibrate menu screen.
If the calibration fails, the display shows a Calibration failed message.

troubleshooting suggestions.
