This document describes the Haden 6L Air Fryer, product code 204325, an appliance designed for easy and healthy cooking with little to no oil.
Function Description
The Haden 6L Air Fryer utilizes hot air in combination with high-speed air circulation and a top grill to prepare a wide assortment of food quickly and easily. Ingredients are heated from all sides simultaneously, often eliminating the need for added oil. The appliance features a basket and a frying tray where food is placed for cooking. A temperature knob allows users to set the desired cooking temperature, while a timer knob controls the preparation time and switches the appliance on. Power and temperature indicator lights provide visual feedback on the appliance's status. During operation, the heating indicator lamp turns on and off continuously to maintain the set temperature. Any redundant oil from the food collects at the bottom of the basket under the grill. The appliance is equipped with an auto power-off function, where a bell sounds and the unit switches off automatically when the timer counts down to zero. It can also be switched off manually by turning the timer knob anticlockwise to 0.

Cooking Tips:
- Cook food ingredients of similar sizes together.
- Smaller ingredients generally require shorter preparation times.
- Larger amounts of ingredients require slightly longer preparation times.
- Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through cooking optimizes results and prevents uneven frying.
- Coat fresh potatoes with a little oil for a crispy result and fry them immediately after adding oil.
- Avoid preparing extremely greasy ingredients.
- Oven-ready snacks can also be prepared in the air fryer.
- The optimal amount for crispy fries is 500 grams.
- Use pre-made dough for quick and easy filled snacks, as it requires less preparation time than homemade dough.
- The air fryer can reheat ingredients by setting the temperature to 150°C and the timer to about 10 minutes.

Troubleshooting:
The manual provides a troubleshooting guide for common issues:
- Air fryer not working: Check if plugged in, and if the timer is set.
- Ingredients not done: Ensure the amount of ingredients is not too much, the temperature is not too low, and the preparation time is sufficient.
- Ingredients fried unevenly: Certain ingredients require shaking halfway through cooking.
- Fried snacks not crispy: Use oven snacks or lightly brush with oil. For home-made fries, ensure proper soaking and drying of potato sticks, use the right potato type, and adjust oil/water content.
- Pot not sliding in properly: Ensure the pot is not overfilled and is placed correctly until a click is heard.
- White smoke: This can be caused by greasy ingredients (ensure temperature is below 180°C for greasy items) or greasy residues from previous use (clean the pan properly after each use). A slight smoke or odor during first use is normal and will subside with sufficient ventilation.
