  • Ensure no metallic materials or foreign objects are in pockets.
  • Close zips, fasten hooks and eyes, remove metallic or plastic hooks/curtains, and reverse textiles.
  • Wash socks, handkerchiefs, and small items in a washing net.
  • Check colourfastness before washing.
  • Put small clothes into pillowcases.
  • Turn easy-pilling and long pile fabrics inside out.
  • Separate clothes with different textures.
  • It is recommended that brassieres are washed inside a pillowcase with their zips or buttons sealed to ensure that their internal steel wires do not damage the washing-machine drum.
  • Heavy single items such as towels, jeans, and bulky jackets may cause an imbalance.
  • Ensure babies' skin is protected by washing baby articles (clothes, towels, other fabrics) separately and rinsing thoroughly.

Adding Detergent and Softener: The machine has a detergent dispenser with compartments for prewash detergent, main wash detergent, and softener.

  • Add detergent into the appropriate dispenser.
  • Apply softener before the wash cycle starts.
  • Apply detergent and softener according to washing amount, soiling level, water hardness, and manufacturer instructions.
  • For slightly dirty clothes, use a small amount of detergent in compartment II.
  • For excessively dirty clothes, use 1/4 of the detergent in compartment I and the remaining amount in compartment II.
  • Do not use the washing machine when the detergent drawer is removed.
  • If you forget to add detergent, you can drain the washing machine by running a drain only program.
  • To prevent powder detergent from staying in the drawer, dry the inside of the drawer with a cloth.
  • If the rinse cycle isn't removing all the detergent, use less detergent.
  • Softener should not exceed the MAX level in the compartment.
  • Wash out unused softener with a splash of water or a damp cloth after the program has finished.
  • Liquid detergents can be used in all programs.
  • Dilute viscous fabric softener and fabric conditioner with water to prevent blockage of the overflow. Maximum level is 40ml.
