switch off the power and
restart the unit, the LED 2
becomes light or flash.
Fan motor is damaged. Replace
it with a new one.

resistance between pin 1 (310V)
and pin 4 (0V), or pin5 (15V) and
pin4 (0V) of CN21 are close to
0mΩ with a universal meter after
switch off the power.
