9.2 Trouble shooting 10 SYSTEM FLOW CHART
(1) Refrigerant using:
HM-07C03 uses freon R22 as its refrigerant, when leaving factory, refrigerant
charge is 0.52 g
HM-07C03 R1 uses freon R407C as its refrigerant, when leaving factory,
refrigerant charge is 0.52 g
HM-09CA03 uses freon R22 as its refrigerant, when leaving factory, refrigerant
charge is 0.6 g
HSM-08C03 uses freon R22 as its refrigerant, when leaving factory, refrigerant
charge is 0.75 g
(2) system vacuumize:
After whole set of mobile air conditioner assembling is finished,, use vacuum
pump to draw out air and water in the indoor unit. System vacuum tolerance will
be under 200Pa
