Why my Haier HPP08XCR does not start?

If your Haier Air Conditioner isn't starting, first ensure the power cord is properly plugged into a grounded outlet. Check the power supply cord for a tripped breaker and press the RESET button. Make sure you've pressed the Power button on either the control panel or remote. Verify the outlet has power by plugging in a working lamp. Also, inspect the household fuse or circuit breaker and replace or reset if necessary. The batteries in the remote control may be dead, so replace them. Finally, the internal water tank might be full, requiring you to empty it.
