INSTALLING YOUR REFRIGERATOR
Unpacking Your Refrigerator
1 Remove all packaging material, This includes the foam base
and al adhesive |ape holding the refriger_or accessories
inside and outside.
2. Insped and remove any remains of packing, fape or printed
materials before powering on the refriger_or,
Proper Air Circulation
• To assureyour refrigerator works at the maximum efficiency it
was designed for, you should installif in a localion where
there is proper air circulation, plumbing and ebdfical
connedions,

Electrical Requirment
" Make sure there is a suitable power OulIet (1t5 volts, 15
amps outlet) with proper grounding to power Ihe refrigerator.
• Avoid the use of three plug adaplers or cuffing off the third
grounding in order to accommodole a hvo plug DUller,This
is a dangerous pradice since it provides no effedive
grounding for the refrigeralor and may result in shock
hazard,
Extension Cords
• Avoid the use of on extension cord because of potential
safely hazards under certain conditions ff i! is necessary to
use an exlenslon cord, use only a 3-wire extenslon cord that
has a 3-blade grounding plug and a 3-slo_outlet thc_ will
accept the pbg, The marked rating of the extension cord
must be equal to or greater than the electrical rating of the
appliance
