Why is my Haier HSU-24LEK03/R2(DB) Air Conditioner not cooling well?
    • G
      Gina FreyAug 8, 2025
There are several reasons why your Haier Air Conditioner might not be cooling effectively. Check if the air filter is dirty and clean it, normally it should be cleaned every 15 days. Ensure there are no obstacles blocking the air inlet and outlet. Verify that the temperature is set correctly. Make sure all doors and windows are closed. Use curtains to block direct sunlight. Reduce heat sources or the number of people in the room.

      Holly ReidAug 16, 2025
When the unit is stopped, it won't restart immediately until 3 minutes have elapsed to protect the system. When the electric plug is pulled out and reinserted, the protection circuit will work for 3 minutes to protect the air conditioner.

Why does my Haier HSU-24LEK03/R2(DB) make noise?
    • A
      Alexandria RichardsAug 23, 2025
During operation, a swishing or gurgling noise may be heard, especially in the first 2-3 minutes after starting, due to refrigerant flowing in the system. A cracking noise may occur because the casing expands or shrinks due to temperature changes. If there's a big noise from air flow, the air filter may be too dirty.

Why can't I change the fan speed in dry mode on my Haier Air Conditioner?
    • J
      Jose TorresAug 31, 2025
In DRY mode, when the room temperature becomes lower than the set temperature plus 2 degrees Celsius, the unit will run intermittently at LOW speed regardless of the FAN setting.
