Hako Scrubmaster B45CL
1. Disconnect mains plug of the charger from outlet and fasten to holder 1.
2. Fill the clear water tank after folding up the opening 2. Control the filling level
by the filling level indication 3.
3. Switch the machine on by the key switch 4. All aggregates are in standby.
4. Use lever 5 to lower squeegee 14.
5. Use pedal 6 to lower brush head.
6. Adjust driving direction with switch 10 and speed with potentiometer 11.
7. Pull the bail 7 of the bailsystem. Brush head drive and suction turbine
switches on.
8. Use switch 9 to adjust the water ( if necessary )
NOTE! Make sure that pad / brush is installed!!!
OPERATION:
Qualified persons only are authorised to operate the machine!
The machine is not designed for coarse material! Floor area sweeping before!
Use only cleaning agents suitable for automatic machines ( low-foaming )!

  • Tank Lid and Sealing: Check and clean the tank lid and lid sealing 17.
  • Suction Filter: Check suction filter 15 in the soiled water tank and clean it if required.
  • Suction Hose: Remove suction hose 21 and clean it.
  • Squeegee: Remove squeegee 14 and clean it.
  • Brush/Pad Holder: Remove brush/pad holder 18 by keeping button 19 pressed, and then clean the brush/pad. Check the brush/pad for wear.
  • Battery Charging: Charge the battery by taking the plug from holder 1 and connecting it to an outlet.

Weekly Maintenance:

  • Brush Head/Sealing Strip: Check and clean the brush head/sealing strip 18.
  • Machine Exterior: Clean the machine from the outside.
  • Locking Caps O-ring: Grease the locking caps o-ring of the soiled water drain hose.
  • Squeegee Sealing Strips: Check the squeegee sealing strips and turn or replace them as needed.

Troubleshooting for Bad Cleaning Results:

If the cleaning result is unsatisfactory, check the following:

  • Blockages: The suction filter 15, suction hose 21, or squeegee 14 might be blocked.
  • Soiled Water Drain: The locking cap of the soiled water drain hose 13 might be open.
  • Soiled Water Tank: The soiled water tank might be full.
  • Tank Lid Sealing: The tank lid sealing 17 of the soiled water tank might be defective.
