How to Vacuum-Seal Fragile Foods
or Nonfood Items

Add fragile food or item to heat-
seal bag. Center open edge of
bag within vacuum chamber.
Close lid and hold down in center.
Press Vacuum Only button. Red
light turns on.
Press Cancel button when
enough air is removed. Continue
holding down lid.

Press Seal Only button.
NOTES:
• Never open the lid during use.
• Do not let moisture into the
vacuum chamber. This may
damage the motor.
w CAUTION
Burn Hazard. Seal
bar is hot. Avoid touching it.
Wait until light turns green and lid releases before letting go of lid
and removing sealed bag. Allow 20 seconds between each use.
