This function allows you to extract only a predefined
number of characters when reading a barcode.
To set the intercept start and stop character, proceed
as follows.
1. Scan “Enter/Exit Programming Mode” barcode.
2. Scan “Data intercept start digit” barcode.
3. Enter the 3-digit start number using 0 to 9 barcodes
in the Parameters Table.
4. Scan “Data intercept stop digit” barcode.
5. Enter the 3-digit start number using 0 to 9 barcodes
in the Parameters Table.
6. Scan “Intercept from left to right” or “Intercept from
right to left” barcode.
7. Scan “Enter/Exit Programming Mode” barcode to
complete setting.
For example. If barcode is “0123456” and you want to
take “234” digits only, that means start digit will be the
3rd character and stop digit the 5th.
So setting for start and stop digit will be:
Data intercpet start digit: “0”, “0”, “3”
Data intercpet stop digit: “0”, “0”, “5”
