Installation Instructions

Prepare Frame

Place the uncrated frame on a flat, stable surface for assembly.

Engine Purchase Check

Skip to step 7 if the engine has not yet been purchased.

Mount Clutch to Engine

Install the clutch onto the engine shaft and tighten the bolt securely.

Attach Engine to Chassis

Connect the engine to the kart frame, leaving mounting bolts loose initially.

Connect Throttle Cable

Attach the throttle cable to the carburetor, ensuring no slack for proper operation.

Wire Kill Switch

Connect the kill switch wires to the engine's ground and stator power.

Install Front Spindles

Attach front spindles to the kart frame with correct orientation and secure bolts.

Connect Tie Rod

Connect the rod end to the spindle's tie rod arm using the bottom stud.

Secure Rod Ends

Install washers, nuts, and cotter pins on rod ends, tightening them firmly.

Mount Front Wheels

Slide front wheels onto spindles, tighten nuts, and cover with rubber caps.

Assemble Chain Guard

Attach rubber cover and L bracket to the chain guard, leaving bolts loose.

Mount Chain Guard

Attach the chain guard assembly to the frame and engine mount.

Install Rear Wheels and Sprocket

Mount rear wheels on axle, attach chain to sprocket on the left side.

Secure Rear Wheel Nuts

Tighten rear wheel nuts, insert cotter pins, and place rubber caps.

Adjust Chain Tension

Tighten engine bolts and adjust engine position for snug chain tension (max 3/8in play).

Install Steering Wheel

Mount steering wheel with flat and lock washers, ensuring correct order.

Secure Steering Wheel Cap

Snap the plastic cap into place over the steering wheel bolts.

Attach Top Railing

Attach top railing to frame loosely, tighten all bolts once all railings are fitted.
