Why is the weight readout wrong on my Hanchen Scales?

  If the weight readout on your Hanchen Scales is obviously wrong, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, the balance might not have been calibrated or adjusted before weighing, in which case you should calibrate or adjust the balance. Second, the balance might not have been zeroed before weighing; make sure to zero the balance before you start weighing.

  If no segments appear on the display of your Hanchen Scales, there are a few potential causes. First, check the AC power supply and ensure the power supply is plugged in. Second, the load might exceed the balance capacity, so try unloading the balance. Finally, ensure nothing is touching the weighing pan; if something is, move it.
